Frans van Loef is the founder of Freecapacity and specialized in strategy execution and leadership (team) development. He is a senior executive with over 20 years’ experience as a driving force behind strategy execution, business growth, and profitability for international companies.
Frans has an entrepreneurial background with two MBO experiences (CVC Capital as Private Equity provider). He is an expert in unlocking and adjusting organizational capacity towards what really has to be done on strategy execution. He helps overcommitted teams and executives to offload and accelerate on a limited number of goals. Some of his current assignments include projects in pharma, biotech, energy, IT, and education, working with international teams. Frans is the author of management books related to managing scarce human resources, and a contributor to Harvard Business Review. His new book ‘Offload’ will be published in 2025 (Dutch release; international release in 2026).
Frans van Loef obtained his MBA at Rotterdam School of Management. He is the Chair of the Advisory Board of Amsterdam Institute of Finance and an Advisory Council Member for Harvard Business Review.
