Olya Klüppel is a seasoned investment executive with over 20 years of experience across private and public markets, investment management, and global client advisory. Her career spans Europe, Asia, and the US, with a consistent focus on building scalable investment platforms and advising institutional investors.

She began her career in 1997 in the Leverage Finance Group at Salomon Smith Barney (currently Citigroup) in New York. She has subsequently executed public and private debt offerings for corporate and sovereign clients across the US, Europe (London), and Asia (Tokyo). From 2006 to 2010, she was a portfolio manager for fixed income strategies at Harcourt, a diversified fund-of-funds now part of Vontobel. She then joined ESO Capital as a partner, managing the Zurich office from 2010 to 2017 and focusing on debt and special situations solutions to European SMEs.

In 2017, Olya co-founded Global Growth Capital (GGC), a European credit investment firm focused on software and technology sectors.  Between 2022 and early 2024, she was a partner and head of credit and risk at GP Bullhound, a global technology investment and advisory firm, before rejoining GGC to continue building its differentiated private credit strategy.

Olya combines investment expertise with governance experience, having served on multiple boards and advisory committees. She received her MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA (Honors) in Economics and Government & Law from Lafayette College.
