First up is the Private Equity program, designed to help you fully grasp how private equity is a great enabler to create value in deals. Gain in three days a solid understanding of the private equity industry. This challenging program is led by prof. Cyril Demaria (EDHEC Business School) on March 27-29.
Next, the Acquisition Finance program, where you’ll master the financial side of M&A deals. This popular program emphasizes the importance of deal structure, managerial conduct and the art of estimations. The program will be taught by prof. Frederik P. Schlingemann (University of Pittsburgh) on March 29-31.
Finally, the advanced Creating Value in M&As and JVs program (July 5-7) provides a strategic framework for creating sustainable value in growth. Taught by prof. Massimo Massa (INSEAD), you will develop an overall strategic perspective opening doors to competing even more profitably in the new economy, balancing short-term tactical goals and long-term objectives.
